INNOVENUE is a mature professional information technology management services consultancy. INNOVENUE’s principals have strong I.T. management, planning, technical/design and project management track records. INNOVENUE is financially healthy and stable in the current market.
Effective Communications
INNOVENUE personnel have, on several large information technology projects, found that they can be helpful communicators amongst the sometimes-diverse perspectives of the users, owner management/review groups, and the vendor community. This, we feel, is primarily due to our interdisciplinary backgrounds and perspectives.
Location
INNOVENUE is located in Scottsdale. We will perform all tasks that make up the assigned work from our local office. Our principals at the Scottsdale office are also often available for your quick-response needs (scheduled and unscheduled), and will make this project a priority.
Organizational Structure
INNOVENUE is organizationally structured such that all professionals have "flexible project scheduling." We also tend to minimize the occurrence of surprises via close communications with the project manager, and via diligent documentation.
Facilities and Tools
INNOVENUE has a two-to-one ratio of computers for our staff, including all support personnel. We subscribe to the philosophy that people are more productive when equipped with the correct tools for the job. We use portable computers for gathering field data. We utilize a number of modeling and simulation tools to ascertain future growth patterns and client needs. We will also utilize this technology to foster a better relationship and coordination with our clients.
